Overview

The Scheduled Reports feature lets you automatically receive referral and loyalty performance reports by email without manual exporting. This saves time, keeps your team aligned, and ensures fresh data on a regular cadence.

With Scheduled Reports you can:
  • Schedule delivery of any exportable report
  • Choose how often reports are sent
  • Send reports to up to five recipients
  • Manage schedules in one dashboard

Schedule a Report from the Scheduled Reports Screen

  1. Login to your Friendbuy account
  2. You can Schedule Reports from two different locations:
    1. Navigate to Analytics > Scheduled Reports
    1. Click the blue Schedule button
    2. On the Schedule Report form:
      1. Name the Report
      2. Select a report from the dropdown
      1. Schedule the frequency.
      2. Add a list of recipients
      3. Click Schedule

Schedule a Report from a Specific Report Screen

  1. Login to your Friendbuy acccount
  2. Navigate to Analytics > Reports
  3. On any tab you select, there is a Schedule button next to the Export button

  1. Upon clicking the Schedule button, you'll be taken to a page where you can enter all the details for your scheduled report
The report name as well as the report type will be pre-populated in the form. You can always edit the report name
  1. You will then see a preview of the column headers that will be available in the CSV export. Scroll to the right to see more column headers.
  1. A confirmation message appears: “Your report is now scheduled." You can manage this schedule In your Scheduled Reports dashboard.

Managing Scheduled Reports

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Scheduled Reports
    1. There will be a list of all scheduled reports.
    2. You have the option to Edit, Pause or Delete each report
