The ability to mark test purchases is particularly useful during testing phases prior to going live or when implementing significant changes to your campaign. When a purchase is marked as a "test," our platform's reporting and analytics will exclude it from calculations and analysis. Getting Started. You'll need to have recorded purchases available in the platform's purchases report. There are two methods for marking purchases as "test" Method 1: Purchases Report. In your Friendbuy account, navigate to Analytics \u003e Reports \u003e Purchases. Select the purchase(s) you want to mark as "test" by clicking on the checkboxes in the leftmost column. This method is most helpful for testing in bulk or bypassing Method #1 of manually marking test purchases in the Purchase Report. When making a test purchase, if your email address contains the term fbtestemail , it will automatically be labeled as a "test" in Friendbuy's platform. Example : a purchase made from firstname.lastname@example.org, c email@example.com , firstname.lastname@example.org or Customeremail@example.com will have the "test" tag in the Purchase Report and will not be included in the analytics.
