Difficulty downloading reports after you receive an export email?

Having trouble downloading your exported report?

If you are on Google Chrome, you may have noticed that clicking View My Report causes no report to be downloaded after receiving an export email from Friendbuy. While we work to resolve the issue, you can work around this by right-clicking the View My Report button in the email, then by clicking Copy Link. With this copied link, you paste it into a new Chrome tab to successfully download your report. Here's a step-by-step:

  1. Right-click View My Report to open the browser menu
  2. Click Copy Link from the broweser menu (see screenshot below)
  3. Open a new browser tab, then Paste the copied link and press Enter or Return on your keyboard
  4. Your report should now successfully start downloading!
Important Note: The link contained within the email export expires within 24 hours. If you are trying to download the report after 24 hours, it will not download. In this case, please request a new report export with a new download link send to your email inbox.
