How do I check the status of a referral?

The best way to locate this information would be by looking at the ‘Shares’ tab in the Customer Service tool. Follow these steps to find out the status of a referral an Advocate has made:

  1. Click ‘Customer Service’ on the left-hand menu
  2. Enter in the Advocate’s email address
  3. Press ‘Enter’ to search!
  4. Click the ‘Shares’ tab
